Meet Shubha Gupta
I am a certified Hypno-CBT® practitioner, mindset expert, and spiritual coach.
Before this work, I worked in the international development sector with UN agencies across India, UAE, and Germany.
Despite professional growth and academic achievements, I always felt drawn towards understanding people, emotional healing, identity, and human behaviour.
The work I do today is shaped not just through academic learning, but through life experiences, travel, self-healing, cultural exposure, and real human connection.
Professional & Academic Journey
My professional journey began in the International development sector.
With a background in IT and MBA, public management, I worked with development agencies and UN organisations across India, UAE, and Germany while pursuing a path towards international public management and global development work.
Living and working internationally for several years exposed me to different cultures, perspectives, emotional struggles, and ways of living.
From the outside, life seemed professionally successful and structured.
But internally, there was always a stronger pull towards understanding the emotional and psychological side of human life.
That inner calling eventually became impossible to ignore.
The Shift Towards Healing Work
The transition into therapy and coaching was not sudden.
It happened gradually through years of personal experiences, emotional challenges, spiritual exploration, study, observation, and working closely with people from different walks of life.
Over time, I realised that my natural strength was not simply in strategy or corporate systems, but in helping people understand themselves, rebuild emotionally, and move towards a healthier way of living.
This work became a natural extension of who I already was.
The Work I Do Today
My work combines therapeutic healing, emotional understanding, mindset restructuring, and conscious living practices to help individuals: overcome emotional struggles, rebuild self-confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, reconnect with themselves, create meaningful internal change.

I believe healing is not about becoming a completely different person.

I also believe that true growth cannot happen only through information.
Real transformation happens when awareness is combined with emotional work, conscious action, and consistent internal change.
