01. NATURE OF SERVICES
Our practice offers a bespoke fusion of Mindset Coaching, Emotional Well-being support, Hypno-CBT®, and Spiritual Guidance. These services are designed to facilitate personal growth, cognitive restructuring, and emotional resilience. We provide a supportive environment for self-exploration and the development of practical tools for life mastery.
02. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
The journey of transformation is a collaborative endeavor. You acknowledge that coaching and Hypno-CBT® require active participation and a commitment to personal change. You remain fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, including all choices and decisions made during and after our sessions.
03. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES
While our work is deeply personal, it is conducted within a professional framework. Our sessions do not constitute medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or legal advice. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, we encourage open communication between all parties to ensure a holistic approach to your well-being.
04. CANCELLATION & INVESTMENT
Your commitment to this process is reflected in the scheduling of your sessions. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Sessions cancelled within this window, or missed without notice, will be subject to the full session fee to honor the dedicated time and preparation held for your evolution.
05. CONFIDENTIALITY
Your privacy is held in the highest regard. All information shared within our sessions is strictly confidential, creating a sacred space for your journey. Exceptions to this policy occur only when required by law, or if there is a perceived risk of immediate harm to yourself or others.
06. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All proprietary methodologies, worksheets, recordings, and materials shared during your engagement are the intellectual property of the Practice. These resources are provided for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
07. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Practice and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our services. By engaging with us, you agree to indemnify and hold the Practice harmless from any claims or losses related to your coaching journey.
